Our founder Mark started his career in the beginning of the Dotcom boom of the late 1990s. As the Director of Technical Support at a large national ISP he learned how the internet worked and ran one of the largest web hosting support businesses in the world at the time (MindSpring). Since then he’s participated in bring virtualization, systems management, and cloud computing products to market. Of all those trends artificial intelligence is the one that he feels is most important and transformational.
As someone who has found himself in both good and less than optimal circumstances (hence the name Peripety Labs) he wanted to help other companies reverse lagging sales and product adoption by using artificial intelligence to improve their prospects.
His career has included working at both startups and public companies helping them grow their free user bases and their sales.
